retail phone cards, is announcing an additional technical benefit which allows clients to obtain answers to survey questions as soon as customers activate their phone cards.
Via a simple process, a caller accesses the Corporate Phone Cards network via a toll free number and enters a unique PIN number assigned to the client’s survey. Next, the caller answers a series of questions by entering the appropriate number on their telephone keypad. Immediately after the caller answers the last question, the phone card is activated for calling.

WASHINGTON -- First there were misused Pentagon credit cards.
Now come misused phones. Investigators say the Navy routinely paid exorbitant telephone bills, wasted calling plan minutes and couldnt identify who made credit card calls that in some cases lasted for days.
The Navys management of phone cards and long-distance plans creates a fertile environment for fraud, waste and abuse, the General Accounting Office said in an investigative report obtained by The Associated Press.
