Cybersurf Corp. Announces Annual Meeting Results

CALGARY, AB (MARKET WIRE) Cybersurf Corp. («Cybersurf» or the «Company») (TSX-V: CY), one of Canada’s leading Internet technology and service companies, today announced the results of the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on October 29, 2004. Approximately 68% of the outstanding shares were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting, constituting a quorum. Shareholders re-elected James Milliken, Paul Mercia, Roy Graydon and Jay Roberge to the Board of Directors, and appointed Deloitte & Touche LLP as auditors of the Company.

Shareholders also ratified the Company’s Shareholder Rights Plan, which will now continue until November 8, 2006. Cybersurf management confirms overwhelming support for the Shareholder Rights Plan. Of the 21,346,982 shares voted (representing 64% of the outstanding shares), 99% voted to ratify the Shareholder Rights Plan. Shareholders also approved an amendment to the Company’s Stock Option Plan.

Cybersurf Announces Deal With eForce

Cybersurf will be licensing its Internet connectivity software as well as wholesaling dial and DSL services for resale to eForce long distance customers through it’s affiliate white-labeled program.

Cybersurf Corp. Announces National Retail Distribution of Its High Speed Product at Staples Business Depot

CALGARY, AB Cybersurf Corp. («Cybersurf») (TSX-V: CY) one of Canada’s leading Internet technology companies, today announced that they have reached a distribution agreement with Staples Business Depot that will see it’s latest product, 3webXS High Speed Cable and DSL Internet, distributed in over 200 Staples Business Depot locations across Canada.
