Approximately 68% of the outstanding shares were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting, constituting a quorum. Shareholders re-elected James Milliken, Paul Mercia, Roy Graydon and Jay Roberge to the Board of Directors, and appointed Deloitte & Touche LLP as auditors of the Company.

Shareholders also ratified the Company’s Shareholder Rights Plan, which will now continue until November 8, 2006. Cybersurf management confirms overwhelming support for the Shareholder Rights Plan. Of the 21,346,982 shares voted (representing 64% of the outstanding shares), 99% voted to ratify the Shareholder Rights Plan. Shareholders also approved an amendment to the Company’s Stock Option Plan.
