Hop-on’s Shareholder Meeting Rescheduled to October 27th

IRVINE, Calif., /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ Hop-on.com, Inc.
(OTC: HPON) announced today that its annual shareholders’ meeting will be held
on Wednesday, October 27, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. at the Embassy Suites Hotel
located at 2121 Main Street, Irvine, CA 92614. The meeting was rescheduled
from the week of September 20th to encourage attendance and allow the
Company’s Independent Public Accounting Firm sufficient time to complete its
work on the Company’s financial statements.

Hop-On Sells Phones to Distributor in Dubai

IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hop-on.com, Inc. today announced that it is shipping an initial order of its tri-band (900/1800/1900 MHz) Model 1806 GSM handsets to a distributor in Dubai, UAE. With a population of nearly 3 million people, the United Arab Emirates is located on the southern shore of the Persian Gulf adjacent to Saudi Arabia and Oman.

Hop-on Begins Shipping GSM Phones to Pakistan

(OTC: HPON — News) today announced that it has shipped an initial order of its tri-band (900/1800/1900 MHz) Model 1806 GSM handsets to a distributor in Karachi, Pakistan. Located in Southern Asia between India on the east, Iran and Afghanistan on the west and China in the north, Pakistan is a country of 159 million people.

Belize Telecommunications Reorders Phones From Hop-on

IRVINE, Calif., /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hop-on.com, Inc. (OTC: HPON — News) today announced that it has shipped a reorder of its GSM cellular phones to Belize Telecommunications Limited (BTL). Belize is located adjacent to Mexico and Guatemala in the Caribbean and in addition to being a tourist destination is a country with a resident population of 266,000 people. BTL’s initial purchase order for Hop-on’s tri-band (900/1800/1900 MHz) Model 1806 GSM handsets was shipped in July.
