MOSCOW, Dec 9 (Prime-Tass) -- Russia’s Antimonopoly Ministry has allowed Russian fixed-line operators to provide a 50% discount on domestic long-distance phone and telegraph services in the holiday season from December 25 to January 7, the ministry’s press service reported Tuesday.
The ministry also authorized the national long-distance phone service provider Rostelecom to set a seasonal 50% discount for operators that provide long-distance services.
