V3-Global Introduces MYVoice- Voice Over Internet Protocol

DALLAS V3 Global Inc. (PINK SHEETS:VGBL), a rapidly growing telephony company, is pleased to announce that the MYVoice- Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) device, which allows user to dial any number in the world using only the Internet as their telephone connection, on schedule for late 2004 introduction to market.

«Our box is the only box, that I know of, which is compatible to all Internet connections, not just from your cable/DSL high speed connection; but also from your dial-up connection as well. It’s called a box but its dimensions are also user friendly, approximately the size of a small clamshell cell phone. It’s fantastic for us because we avoid toll free charges, In-network calling is free for us anyway so let’s pass that along to the customers. We plan on capturing customers for at least a year or two, depending on the contract they sign. It’s basically guaranteed money, we plan on running a high customer retention rate with superior products and service,» said Sameer Mohan, president and CEO of V3- Global.

Mohan added, «Advantages include, In-network calling is free. $25 unlimited domestic calling. Local phone numbers attached to each box. If the box is anywhere in the world only the local number has to be dialed to reach it, as long as it’s connected to an Internet connection. Highly discounted international rates. It’s our niche, it’s what we know — specifically for the South Koreans, Indians, and Japanese. Additional benefits include the ability for a customer to see their call detail record, real time and on-line. It’s compatible with Wi-Fi, so if you’re sitting at Starbucks and they are a Wi-Fi hotspot your box will work.»

V3-Global plans on bringing the product to market in the last quarter of 2004. V3 will utilise its 500 seat call center in India to tele-market to both current, and new, customers. V3 is also developing a social network website called MY3.com, to cater to the demographic of Indians that are Internet savvy (the site is in its Alpha stage and should be in Beta stage by the end of September). South Koreans and Japanese have highly developed high speed infrastructure in their respective countries.

Currently, there are 125,000 people in the company’s Indian database, current and former clients. Promotions include, ’Give one to your mother and you’re both talking for free,’ and ’Get one from your brother and you’re all in your own private network talking for free.’

V3-Global is active in Residential Services, Business Services and Software Solutions. The Primary Business areas include:

1. V3-Global transports and terminates wholesale voice traffic from major carriers with whom it has interconnection agreements. Mainly to India, Europe Cell and Mexico.

2. V3-Global provides the network services for pre-paid calling card operators.

3. V3-Global provides network design, implementation and management facilities to other telecom carriers.

4. V3-Global provides billing, web development and e-commerce development facilities for other businesses and telecom carriers.

5. V3-Global has 500+ seats Call Center, in India to handle all back office operations of other corporations, and is looking to add thousands more.

Future goals:

V3- has aggressive plans to expand its network domestically and internationally to build a larger core customer base and significantly increase revenues for the company.

We would like to add 30 cities to our network of communications providers in the U.S. with local calling service in 13 states, our goal is to grow to meet our customers demands.

We also would like to expand our current infrastructure in Mexico to 21 new cities. This would provide coverage to est. 90% of all of Mexico, also resulting in lower calling rates.

In India we would like to expand to 16 more cities, and in Europe we will offer retail casual calling at first, trying to expand into all other major markets as we go.
